Message to People Who Are Training

We are shipping the Yellow Bamboo training packages now. Here is a message we sent to students who ordered. It may be of interest to all:

FIRST OFF -->
THANK YOU. We appreciate the vote of confidence you gave
us pre-ordering the Yellow Bamboo training on DVD before
it was released, and your gracious patience as we work
the kinks out of the system.

Our ordering system is no fully online, and all orders
have shipped.

UPDATE -->
I do need to update you on the ordering system, and
apologize for the several glitches we found in setting up
the home study sales of Yellow Bamboo.

PREPAID ORDERS:
The ordering/payment system functioned flawlessly. We
have had some problem with payments (as would be expected
with any global enterprise)... and we're working to take
other forms of payment soon. However, we have perfect
records, all the amounts line up and we know who paid for
what without any doubts. PERSONAL NOTE: It is my policy
to NEVER take an order without stock on hand.. this one
time exception has proven that is a good policy. I'm
sorry that you had to wait. This will NEVER happen again.

DVD REPRODUCTION:
The videos shot by Alvin Dononvan have been through three
professional conversions. That's two more than we
expected. We now have flawless masters, in both NTSC
(North America) and PAL (the rest of the world) formats.
We have DVD's in stock and can fill orders the day they
are received.

SHIPPING CONCERNS:
Our Post Office assured us that they could handle the
packages without issue. We should not have trusted the
advice we got. The gave us a surcharge for including
bonus t-shirts on some orders, and flat out rejected
other labeling (using THEIR system). Several orders have
been returned to us and reshipped... upgraded at our
expense.

DAMAGE:
Some singe disk orders were damaged. Again, we trusted
the post office, and double wrapped these. Naturally,
we're replacing any orders that have damage, and using
and extra cushion in the bag.

TRACKING:
You should have received an automated email regarding the
shipment of your order, along with a number to track it.
If you have not got your order, and don't have a tracking
number, contact support@bamboovideo.com for an update.

TECH SUPPORT:
The video and DVD formats used around the world are
'varied' to say the least. We have thoroughly tested each
DVD program through a variety of computers, DVD players
and formats. Should you have ANY PROBLEM viewing the DVD,
please contact support@bamboovideo.com immediately. We do
have about five alternatives and will make sure you have
video that you can easily view on your equipment.

BONUSES:
Training Package purchasers are entitled to bonus
materials. A couple are in the box, and others will be
delivered via email. We will use this email address to
contact you. Please send a message if you are having any
filter issues.
